Richie Rich Spring Summer 2011 Mercedes Benz New York fashion show beginning was inspired by the new home of the tents, Lincoln Center, where ballet and classical music lives.

Hard core Elise Overland Fall 2010
Elise Overland ready to wear Fall 2010 collection presented at Exit Art didn't look like other designer's feminine and relaxed styles and stayed true to her rocker inspired aesthetics. Elise is noted for her celebrity followers such as Heidi Klum, Kelly Osbourne and Maggie Rizer who were gracing the front row.
Fabrications: leather, velvet, suede
Colors: black, red
Details: slashed pleats, cropped jackets, body skimming

Naomi Cambell's Relief for Haiti fashion show, New York fashion week
Naomi Cambell's status as a fashion icon was put to a good use when she organized a massive Fashion For Relief Haiti show and auction that brought together numerous celebrities, iconic models, fashion designers and runway outfits that will be auctioned off for a cause at Net-A-Porter beginning March 15th. On February 12, the Fashion Tents were buzzing with excitements and rumors of who's going to walk in looks pulled together by Rachel Zoe. Some of the hundreds attendees were newcomers to the fashion world who purchased tickets for $100-$150 with proceeds going to CARE, which raises funds to rebuild health system for mothers and children in Haiti.

"Hairy metal" sparkle at Custo Barclelona Fall 2010
The runway at the Fashion Tents was dazzled with metallic sparkle of the "Hairy Metal" Fall 2010 from the master of of vibrant colors and print infusions Custo Barcelona. Sparkling metals and pure lines merged together to contrast the warmth of faux fur.
Colors: Purple, blue, bronze, steel, gold, black and rust
Details: Faux fur with different lengths, colors and textures
Fabrications: Mixed prints, poly, cottons, metallics

This season Nicole Miller showed a harder edge with an architectural influence in her dresses instead of her trademark feminine shapes and prints
