Ines Di Santo, David Tutera, Sylvia Weinstock, Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings Showcased the Latest Collections and Trends for the Spring /Summer of 2010
New York, NY (April, 2010) –-- Spring was in full effect at The Wedding Salon as Wedding Season was officially kicked off at this prestigious event. Bridal fantasies came to life for over 2000 New York brides who enjoyed  whimsical table displays straight from the scene of a million dollar wedding. Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings enlisted My Fair Wedding star, David Tutera to “Capture Spring” with a Cherry Blossom Table Display that brought “Fairy Tale” to life for Disney.
“Brides are always looking to stay ahead of the trends and discover the ways to add a celebrity touch to their weddings.  We were thrilled to have some of the biggest names in the industry showcase the trends that will be all the rage in the months to come,” says Wedding Salon Founder and renowned Celebrity Event Planner, Tatiana Byron.
Big is Back this Season with over-the-top towering table displays created with branches, moss and garlands of orchids. The Wedding Salon was lit up with 15 ft high Inflatable Bouquets of Roses and Sky-High Cherry Blossom Branches. Cascading chandelier table tops dripping with crystal, proved that height will be the biggest trend for Summer 2010.
Another key trend seen at The Wedding Salon was Candles, Crystals and the combination of the two. Elaborate and Simple table displays alike were accented by numerous tea-light votives, hanging candles and floating candles while crystals lit up the dance floor. As for colors? The common thread at The Wedding Salon was earth-based tones of Greens and Browns on chiffon table linens and napkins, accented with Gold Charger Plates and Goblets.
Closing out The Wedding Salon and Bridal Market were renowned designers, Ines Di Santo, David Tutera by Faviana, Marina K Couture and Stephen Yearick with a couture bridal fashion show produced by Bridal Reflections. This fashion show gave New York brides a never-before seen look at the hottest gowns for Fall 2010. Ines Di Santo showed that the biggest trend for Fall will be the ultra-feminine gown. Complete with floral embellishments, voluminous ball gowns and flirty silhouettes, Ines encourages each bride to embrace her femininity on her big day.
Other new trends that were seen at The Wedding Salon include monograms and engraving on rose petals and amazing fashion for men.  Showing that “Even the Groom Gets Married Too,” Bonobos showcased their custom tuxedos, signature inner linings and colorful unique vintage prints.
